SafePath Supportive Housing™ was created with a simple but powerful purpose: to transform lives and restore dignity by providing safe, permanent housing, comprehensive support services, and accessible technology to those who need it most veterans, returning citizens, and aging adults.
SafePath is rooted in a legacy of service that spans generations. From a father who served bravely in Vietnam to a great-great-grandfather and family members who fought in World War II, service and sacrifice are woven into the fabric of my family’s story. My very first breath was taken in a U.S. Army hospital, a beginning that shaped my lifelong commitment to serve those who have given so much, endured so many hardships, and continue to persevere. SafePath was born from that deep sense of duty, a mission to honor their courage by creating pathways of hope, healing, and home for those who need it most.
Our work is guided by the belief that housing is more than a place to live , it’s the foundation for stability, healing, and opportunity.
SafePath goes beyond traditional housing models by creating tech-connected, inclusive communities that integrate with innovative tools to simplify access and improve outcomes.
Through our proprietary SafePath Companion™ platform, residents can manage appointments, connect with case managers, access benefits, request transportation, and navigate resources, all from one easy-to-use system designed with accessibility and dignity in mind.

About the Founder
Bonita Marshall is a visionary leader, community advocate, and entrepreneur driven by a lifelong commitment to service and social impact. Rooted in a family legacy of military service and compassion, Bonita’s mission was shaped by deep personal experiences, from a father who served in Vietnam to a great-great-grandfather and relatives who fought in World War II. Born in a U.S. Army hospital, she grew up understanding the value of sacrifice, resilience, and community.
Through her work, Bonita has built SafePath Supportive Housing™ into more than just an organization, it’s a movement to restore dignity, stability, and independence for veterans, returning citizens, and aging adults.
Her innovative approach integrates housing, on-site care, and technology through the SafePath Companion™ app bridging the gap between people and the services they need most.
