1. Purpose

SafePath Supportive Housing (“SafePath”) provides a structured supportive housing program with wrap-around support services designed to promote stability, dignity, community connection, and personal growth for veterans, returning citizens, seniors, and other individuals transitioning into stable housing. Membership confers the right to access SafePath housing, services, programming, and community resources. 

2. Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for membership, applicants must:

Be accepted into the SafePath Supportive Housing Program through the intake process.

Provide required documentation (ID, income verification, background information, emergency contacts, etc.).

Agree to comply with all SafePath Program Rules & House Expectations.

Complete and sign all required forms prior to move-in.

3. Types of Fees

A. Start-Up Membership Fee

This is a one-time fee required prior to move-in. It reserves your room and covers intake onboarding, administrative setup, and initial support coordination.

A recurring monthly contribution to maintain your membership and housing space.

4. Payment Process

Payments are made online via SafePath’s secure payment portal. Members must enter their full name and assigned room or property address in the payment notes for accurate tracking.

Due dates and payment instructions will be provided at the time of move-in.

5. Non-Refundable & Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

No prorated refunds will be issued for early departure or partial months.

Refund exceptions may be considered in cases of administrative error or cancellation prior to move-in, subject to organizational approval and a processing fee of $_________. 

6. Member Responsibilities

By maintaining membership, you agree to:

Comply with all SafePath Program Rules & House Expectations and any updated policies.

Pay your membership fees on or before the due date each month.

Behave respectfully toward staff, neighbors, and fellow members.

Participate in supportive services, meetings, and case management as applicable.

Respect communal property and shared living spaces.

Failure to uphold these responsibilities may result in warnings, strikes, revocation of membership privileges, or discharge from the program.

7. SafePath Obligations

SafePath Supportive Housing agrees to:

Provide safe, stable housing and supportive services as outlined at intake.

Maintain respectful communication and confidentiality to the extent permitted by law.

Offer access to community resources, referrals, and case coordination.

8. Membership Termination

SafePath reserves the right to terminate membership for:

Continued non-payment after written notice.

Serious or repeated violations of house rules.

Conduct that endangers others or disrupts community stability.

Termination does not entitle the member to a refund of any fees paid.

9. Agreement Acknowledgment
