Membership Fee & Refund Policy

SafePath Supportive Housing™ Membership Agreement

SafePath Supportive Housing™ is a faith-based ministry offering permanent supportive housing for veterans, returning citizens, and seniors.
Membership grants access to SafePath housing, services, community support, and our SafePath Companion™ AI-assisted care system.

Membership Fees

Monthly membership contributions are required to maintain your space.

All membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

Fees support housing stability, ministry services, and supportive care.

Start-Up Membership Fee

A $800 start-up membership fee is required before move-in.
This fee reserves your room and covers onboarding, intake, and administrative setup.
Amount may vary on a case-by-case basis.

Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

Follow all SafePath House Rules

Maintain respectful behavior

Pay membership contributions on time

Participate in supportive services when needed

Respect staff, neighbors, and fellow members

SafePath Responsibilities

SafePath provides:

Safe, stable housing

Supportive and faith-based services

Confidentiality and respectful communication

Community resources and referrals

Termination

There are no prorated refunds for early departure.

No refunds are issued if membership is terminated due to rule violations or unsafe behavior.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered for:

Administrative errors

Cancellation prior to move-in (minus a $200 processing fee)
